- Draw out the conflict and frustrations
- Address dissatisfaction directly
- Encourage members to share their negative reactions and feedback about the facilitators
- Support members by acknowledging the challenges of this stage
- Acknowledge members’ here-and-now reaction to conflict and support them in identifying how they would like to feel and behave when conflict arises
- Stay centered, empathic and genuine during the storm-Remember this is a healthy and important stage of group development.
